As a Transformation Business Analyst at Shutterstock, you will play a central role in driving transformative initiatives across diverse business functions. The day to day:
As Business Analyst, Transformation office at Shutterstock, you will drive:
- Holistic Business Transformation:
- Lead in-depth analysis of current business processes across diverse functions to uncover opportunities for transformative change.
- Collaborate with leaders from different business units to understand nuanced challenges and strategize comprehensive solutions.
- Strategic Requirements Planning:
- Work closely with executives to extract strategic business requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Develop a keen understanding of Shutterstock's business goals to inform transformational strategies.
- Data-Driven Insights:
- Employ advanced data analysis techniques to derive actionable insights that drive informed decision-making.
- Craft reports and dashboards that offer strategic perspectives on Shutterstock's operational performance.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with stakeholders at a strategic level, ensuring their requirements are met and incorporating real-time feedback into business analysis.
- Provide hands-on support to address strategic challenges and opportunities as they arise.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with Shutterstock's overarching transformation objectives.
- Change Leadership:
- Spearhead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective adoption of new processes.
- Effectively communicate transformational changes to diverse stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring widespread buy-in.
- Continuous Excellence:
- Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement, applying best practices in the industry.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies to drive innovation within Shutterstock.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Significant consulting industry experience in large-scale/cross-functional transformations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business analysis within a transformative role.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, data analysis tools and project management software.
- Flawless ability to present complex data and information, simply and clearly, to multiple levels of management, in order to enable managers and leaders to make timely and effective business decisions
- Demonstrated experience leading large scale intiatives across multiple geographies (Amers, APAC, EMEA etc).
- Experience scaling operational workflows and aligning processes for multi-team processes.
- Self-starter who is intellectually curious and not afraid to seek out projects independently.
- High standard for integrity required for exposure to confidential company data.
