The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Delivery Manager who prides themselves on being an effective communicator and skilled storyteller. If you thrive off fostering cross-functional alignment, making sure that all teams are fully prepared and in sync for upcoming product releases coupled with being in a leadership role, then this is the role for you.
Where you'll work
This hybrid role in Austin, TX requires in-office collaboration
What you'll be doing
- Manages all activities relating to the implementation and delivery of new products, addressing operational-related issues and optimizing processes for increased productivity.
- ·Identifying and resolving impediments early, overseeing cross-team and portfolio dependencies.
- Adhering to and managing high-integrity commitments across departments, providing visibility, and effectively communicating delivery targets, commitments, progress, and success.
- Empower organizations and teams by implementing best practices, tools, methods, and coaching for force-multiplication.
- Fosters a culture of collaborative, outcome-based decision-making and ensures that product and development teams with access to quantitative insights and data for informed product decisions.
What you'll need
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Delivery Manager, Agile Product Manager, or a similar role.
- Experience with SaaS or large-scale software systems and how they are developed, designed, built, tested, and released
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and leads through influence and work with stakeholders.
- Passion for supporting high-performing teams and challenging yourself and others to learn and improve.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Fantastic multitasking skills with a "calm under pressure" disposition
