Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Localization Project Coordinator to manage the translation of our global marketing campaigns via the ServiceNow and Cloudwords Platform.

The Digital Marketing Localization Project Coordinator will report to the Digital Marketing Localization Team Lead who is based in Bangalore, India and will focus on the marketing localization projects. s/he will support all localization activities within the marketing team with a focus on the content for our regional website experiences as well as Demand Generation content.

• Manages localization projects from beginning to end, working closely with our localization agency, reviewers and web development team.

• Manages the asset translation via the marketing localization automation platform - Cloudwords

• Manages projects within the SAFe environment from the ServiceNow Platform

• Develops project plans and workflows, managing time, budget and quality control

• Ensures adherence to localization processes, quality standards and deliverables and contribute towards process improvements

• Provides overall communication and interfaces with all areas affected by the program/project including cross-functional stakeholders, business sponsors and vendors

• Creates the request to upload the final translated content to our Adobe Website.

• Works with our design team on making sure the images provided are suited for the region

• Working closely with our publishing team on uploading and updating translated assets

• Collaborate with global org/team and contribute towards priorities and initiatives

• Ability to run/manage multiple localization projects simultaneously

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

Education and Knowledge

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

• Solid in-depth knowledge of internationalization and localization

• Minimum of 3+ year of experience directly related to project management (preferably in the localization industry with a focus on marketing localization)

• Experience in working following an Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodology

Skills and Abilities

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

• Proven abilities in project planning, resource and risk management and stakeholder management

• Strong team player in a multi-language/multi-cultural environment

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure

• Preferable hands-on experience with the Cloudwords Localization Platform

• Preferable hands-on experience with Adobe InDesign

• Experience with working with or inside the marketing organization. Marketing campaigns and content management.

Work Personas

Required in Office

A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.

Flexible

A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.

Remote

A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
