We are seeking talented individuals to join the team as Time and Attendance Capability Architect. We are looking for candidates with deep expertise in Time and Absence applications who are enthusiastic about driving efficiency, fostering an innovation culture in software development lifecycle practices.
You will play a pivotal role in an ongoing Time and Absence transformation and will be responsible for implementation, maintenance, optimization, and innovation of our systems, ensuring they align with our business objectives and deliver exceptional value to our employees worldwide. We focus on:
• Technical platform ownership of Time & Absence solutions.
• Strategic alignment on the technology solutions deployed across the business units for the above modules.
• Technology solutioning, technical evaluations of best of the breed solutions available on the market.
What will you do?
• Understand business requirements, perform POCs and architect solutions
• Work closely with product owner, technical platform owner and to align on and influence roadmaps and solutions
• Play a hands-on role in guiding the implementation, update and deployment of Kronos configurations
• Play a hands-on role in the development of new integrations or updating existing integrations
• Engage with vendors on product issues and solutions as needed
• Collaborate with other product teams on end-to-end impact of features
• Engage in troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Utilize product and domain knowledge to guide enhancements, maintenance activities, and efficiency improvements
• Provide valuable insights to inform product decisions
• Ensure the technical integrity of the solution being developed
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
Required:
• 10+ years of experience with HR, Timekeeping and Payroll applications with a strong understanding the technical architecture and ability to work on different HCM applications
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) and Dell Boomi
• Deep expertise with one or more modules of UKG WFM Pro - Time & Attendance, Accruals, Attestation, Advance Scheduling
• Understanding of Dell Boomi architecture and experience with Dell Boomi integrations
o Experience building and deploying integrations with Dell Boomi
• Ability to create comprehensive system blueprints and diagrams to visualize the architecture
• Ability to select appropriate technologies, platforms, and frameworks to support the desired functionalities and scalability of the system
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to presenting technical proposals and solutions to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner
• Experience with JSON, HTML, Java script, Groovy and SQL
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to manage ambiguity
• Strong time management skills
• Skilled in MS Office tools - PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio
• Fluency in English
Preferred:
• Kronos Dimensions certification is highly preferred
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Experience with Analytics/Reports
• Exhibit high levels of energy, agility and adaptability
• Ability to work on global teams with cross cultural awareness and sensitivity
