Where is the Position?

The position is located in Ballerup, Denmark in Northern Europe, in multicultural team within dynamic & challenging environment.

Which missions will you lead?

As Sustainability Program Manager, your role will be to drive the Sustainability transformation in the Nordic-Baltic region, working on different programs that are part of our Group Sustainability strategy and ensure it is locally deployed and adapted to our Zone. Your main missions will be:

  1. Circularity:
    • Define relevant circular business model for our region
    • Stand as Nordic-Baltic SPOC on Circularity
  2. Energy performance

  • Lead or coordinate energy performance projects
  • Drive the energy performance at the Zone level
  • Training and Digitalisation:
    • Consolidated and share sustainability material trainings for the region
    • Digilize content and deployment on internal platform
  • Environmental regulation
    • Map all the different environmental regulation within the Zone and ensure compliancy
    • Regulatory watch for what will come so we can prepare the organisation


  • What are the qualifications we are looking for?

    Education: Master's degree in Sustainability or Environmental management.

    Work experience: At least 1year of experience in the Environment & Sustainability field (internship/apprenticeship included)

    Skills:
    • Strong skill in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel / knowledge of Tableau.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a team.
    • Knowledge of Circularity (LCA, closed loop Supply chain, circular business model), Environmental and regulatory awareness (ISO 14001/50001, EU Circular Economy AP), energy management systems and energy efficiency audits.


    Requested languages : Fluent English, German is a plus.

    Personal abilities or skills:
    • Open-minded, interest to learn & motivated.
    • Good communication skills and able to take lead on conversation.
    • Curiosity & analytics mindset.
    • Organized & project management oriented.
