The position is located in Warsaw , in Poland, supporting the Global Customer Satisfaction & Quality HR Team for this central global location.

Which missions will you lead?

As HR Project Coordinator , y ou will be a part of the global HR CS&Q team . You w ill have a key role in supporting our operational activities, ensuring data quality, and providing valuable insights through metrics analytics . The main missions will be :

  • Assist in metrics analytics and generate reports to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Follow up on action items to ensure timely completion and accountability.

  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, including scheduling meetings and preparing materials.
  • Prepare for meetings by gathering necessary data and creating presentations.
  • Manage workforce planning coordination and data collection for analysis.
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy in all HR-related activities.
  • Coordinate and manage the global recognition process.
  • Submit and manage HR tickets for operational activities.
  • Assist with operational activities related to HR campaigns.


What are the qualifications we are looking for?

Education: Master 's degree in human resources , b usiness a dministration , psychology, or a related field.

Work experience: 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources , HR metrics and Analytics, Talent Management or related field.

Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with talent management tools or HRIS is a plus.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) , facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
