Where is the Position?

The position is located in Písek, Czech Republic in Eastern Europe, in multicultural team within dynamic & challenging environm ent.

Which missions will you lead?

As a Business Finance Analyst, you will ensure accurate and timely costing and pricing, manage overheads, and deliver financial reports aligned with current regulations. You will monitor selling prices, control sales and overhead costs, and support strategic decisions through insightful financial analysis. Your main missions will be:

  • Prepare and consolidate budget documents, including sales forecasts, overhead allocations, and supporting presentations for management.
  • Track budget implementation, monitor variances, and propose corrective actions with follow-up on their effectiveness.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly performance analyses using internal systems and tools, ensuring compliance with internal and group reporting standards.
  • Oversee performance reporting processes, financial analysis tools, and coordinate the work of financial analysts.
  • Specialize in key financial processes such as costing, change analysis, and delta pricing, delivering standard performance reports.
  • Perform controlling activities related to overheads, plant sales, and social costs to support financial decision-making.

What are the qualifications we are looking for?

Education: Master's degree in Finance, Controlling or related field

Work experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in financial analysis / as controller... preferably in a manufacturing/industrial environment. (internship/apprenticeship included)

Skills:
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Microsoft Office esp. - Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Requested languages : English full professional capacity, Bulgarian is a plus.

Personal abilities or skills:
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Influencing and Persuasion
