The position is located in Vienna, Austria in Eastern Europe, in multicultural team within dynamic & challenging environment.
Which missions will you lead?
As a finance controller, you be working with a small team of finance professionals in controlling and accounting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support key strategic initiatives, finance transformation implementation and critical data preparation. Your main missions will be:
- Support the implementation of finance transformation initiatives by contributing to process design, documentation and testing.
- Prepare and manage financial and operational data sets to support decision making and reporting requirements.
- Gain hands-on experience with the month-end close process and budgeting cycles, supporting actuals, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with various teams to support financial reporting for a complex legal entity with multiple business functions (R&D, manufacturing, engineering, marketing).
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
- Help coordinate internal and external audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with financial policies.

What are the qualifications we are looking for?
Education: Master's degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting/Control
Work experience: At least 1year of experience of finance/accounting and control (internship/apprenticeship included)
Skills:
- Strong skill in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a team.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
Requested languages : Fluent English, German is a plus

- Open-minded, dedicated and able to deliver accurate reports in a time-sensitive environment
