UX & SharePoint Design Intern

What will you do?

As a UX & SharePoint Design Intern, you will play a key role in building a centralized, user-friendly digital library for Schneider Electric's Services Innovation team. Your work will directly impact how internal teams access and utilize customer feedback insights.

• Design and structure a SharePoint-based library to store Voice of Customer (VOC) studies
• Standardize and convert existing VOC documents into a consistent, searchable format
• Organize and tag content using metadata and taxonomy best practices
• Create intuitive, user-friendly SharePoint pages and navigation
• Transcribe and synthesize insights from customer interviews and feedback files
• Automate document upload and categorization processes where possible
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure accessibility and usability of the library

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

• Experience with SharePoint design and content management
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and digital page layout
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to interpret and standardize qualitative data
• Comfortable working independently and managing structured tasks
• Interest in customer research, service design, or knowledge management

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• Currently pursuing a degree in UX/UI Design, Information Systems / Computer Science, Digital Media / Communication or Business Intelligence
• Experience with SharePoint, content organization, or digital libraries
• Strong English communication skills
• Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for improving user experience
