TSM Efficiency Manager
MISSION
TSM Efficiency Manager leads and develops a high-performing, cross-functional team dedicated to empowering
Technology & Standardization Management and its stakeholders through efficient tools, data management & analytics,
and process excellence. The manager ensures strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement
across all domains of the team, including data management, data excellence, processes, services and stakeholder
engagement.
TSM Efficiency Manager is the owner of the PDM CSM tool, our global catalog part and raw material library as the
authoritative source for design & manufacturing. He/She acts as the catalog engineering data sub domain owner for the
Schneider Electric Group.
(What is the expected contributions of the position to the results of the organization)
- Define and drive the teams vision in alignment with TSM and GSC strategies.
- Lead, coach and develop a diverse team of engineers and analysts across domains such as CSM library, data
management, processes and tools
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive and high-performance culture
- Oversee the development and deployment of tools, processes and services that support TSM mission.
- Ensure the quality, consistency and scalability of processes and data across global operations
- Acts as the primary liaison between the team and global stakeholders including Procurement, Digital Engineering, Plants,
R&D Centers, etc.
- Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
- Drive change management efforts to ensure adoption of new tools and practices.
- Champion data quality, governance, and analytics initiatives.
- Ensure catalog part and Raw Material data model evolution in CSM to support all regulations (environmental, country of
origin, ...)
- Maintain parts & RM lifecycle through Product Change Notice process,
- Maintain CatS referential as the global technology segmentation.
REQUIREMENTS He / she must have strong business acumen as well as functional expertise. Candidate with data engineering and procurement background with good proficiency in analytics, project management, stakeholder management & communication is desired.
Education: Bachelor degree or master's degree in engineering related field
