The Role: Tender Support Specialist
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join the team as a Tender Support Specialist in Cavite office.
You will be a driving force in the team where the main responsibility is to support administrative responsibilities of Tendering Managers to animate the account communities in Nordic region. This is achieved by initiating different actions and hold regular meetings and reports to anticipate the resource needs at a local, regional, and global level.
Within your scope is also to improve customer satisfaction through our globalized approach including both external and internal customers. You will bring consistency and value on designs, prices, conditions, over the different countries and consolidate tendering tools, templates, and methods. Also, ensure lessons learnt are formalized with a quick feedback loop.
What will you do?
- Monitor and put under control the direction, timeline, and status of the overall opportunity. Be the accountable owner as required in full lead or in support mode, and the main contact point of SAE.
- Ensure consistency and interfaces from one package or project to another, with account's habits including risks, T&Cs, set-up and hours, taxes, lessons learnt etc.
- At prescription, contribute to Schneider qualification, spec-in, RFQ drafting or analysis to maximize our chances and value adds.
- At bid, contribute to tender strategy definition, adequate tendering set-up at local, regional, or global level and validate it in SOC. Lead and animate the extended tender team.
- Ensure mastering all aspects of the offer: technical proposal, purchasing, cash flow etc.
- Reconstitute a target price and simulate alternate scenario to reach it. Challenge contributions and deliverables of team and suppliers. Foster team convergence to reach an optimized offer on time.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- A Bachelor's degree on relative field.
- Prefers experience in Solution Tendering &/or Customer project environment, with experience in complex tender / projects. Experience in Datacenter environment is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to lead functional and remote team including various profiles such as Local TM, Contract, Technical and SMEs.
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Ability to understand, influence & convince in a complex matrix environment. Autonomy and proactivity are highly needed.
- Aptitude to withstand time pressure and stress while keeping high performance level.
- Ability to learn from others, share knowledge, coach others, and collaborate efficiently.
