About the Role

Based in Canberra, and holding responsibility for the ACT state territory, you will engage with customers to create awareness, share the value proposition and drive prescription of Power and Cooling solutions.

With a hunter mindset and consultative selling expertise, you will influence early-stage design and driving specification with End User customers including consultants and enterprise stakeholders. This will include noth new and established accounts.

You will join a passionate team of professionals located in major city locations across Australia and New Zealand, and will be further supported by a network of local and global segment / domain experts.

What You Will Do
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic goals.
  • Drive major pursuits in collaboration with internal teams, crafting compelling technical narratives.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise end users to ensure satisfaction and maximize customer retention and growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Deliver training, thought leadership, and market engagement to influence specification and design.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of specified opportunities and contribute to strategic growth.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Represent a unified "One Schneider" approach with Customers
  • Model the SE Company Values of: Inclusion, Mastery, Purpose, Action, Curiosity and Team Work.


What You Will Bring

  • Proven sales performance operating at C level sales in a similar role or adjacent industry

This role offers the flexibility to work with autonomy-balancing time in the office, on-site with customers, and travel across the ACT and beyond.
