Job Description Summary
Lead the APAC Wind Services activities for Onshore Wind Services. Supervise team of Account Managers for the sales of wind aftermarket products such as upgrade, services agreements, parts, capital components, Repairs other transactional or contractual solutions. Lead contract renegotiations and/or extensions and always in coordination and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. This role will help drive Transactional Services and Backlog Growth for the APAC region, efficiency and effectiveness of the Sales commercial team guided by commercial practices and policies that may be shaped by the role. This individual will be responsible for framing and shaping significant control/influence over long-term services commercial priorities. This role will lead a team of experienced Account Managers that will grow transactional capture while reducing business risk.

Job Description
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Significantly increase the Transactional Revenue and Margin of the region, leading the region Account Managers team to grow at the pace required by the business.
- Increase the Backlog capturing new fleet or converting existing contracts into balanced healthy service agreements.
- Interface with Commercial, Pricing, Engineering, Field Operations, Parts fulfillment, Service Centers and other support functions to help commercialize technical offerings in terms of cost, risk, configuration and support value pricing analysis.
- Gather Customer VOC with regards new upgrades and new commercial models and lead Internally the development of those to Increase services sales.
- Full understanding of existing Conversions Modifications Upgrades and transactional capabilities to understand total opportunity and Increase sales penetration.
- Developing specialized knowledge of latest commercial developments in own area and communication skills to influence others. Contributes towards strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.
- Make recommendations for new technical offerings including value packaging, define customer solutions
- Uses judgment to make decisions or solve complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns, or customers.
- Provide feedback to the business and team members.
- Support business planning and forecasting efforts
DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college
- Strong market and product knowledge
- Experience in Marketing, Sales, Commercial, Customer Service or equivalent experience associated with wind or with the Energy Industry
- Experience with customer specification review, proposal development, contract development, and/or negotiations of equipment or service sales
- Commercial finance skills to be able to build and analyze proformas to demonstrate investment return over the time of a project to customers
- Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to interface at all levels within GE and with the customers
- Team building skills, with ability to work with his peers and develop trust relationships with customers
- Demonstrated sales leadership experience, commercial operations, and process skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously
- Ability to travel to visit customers and for internal training
- Wind industry experience
- Speaks fluently English to negotiate & draft complex contracts.
