The Role: Secure Power Solutions Engineer Mission:
Recommend most optimized and competitive secure power and critical cooling solution to customer to increase winning rate. Create solutions in design portal. Sell total value proposition.
What will you do?
- Provide sales support to the country sales (direct & channel) teams focusing on Schneider Electric/APC products.
- Understand customer requirement and provide secure power and critical cooling solution to customer. Using critical power and critical cooling products, racks and management solutions from SE.
- Promote SE's secure power and critical cooling solutions to customer during prescription process.
- Participate in customer meetings along with account manager to build customer trust in SE's products, systems, technology and capabilities
- Create customer solutions in design portal
- Define specific value proposition for customer project application and improve winning probability
- Educate and train customers and partners on SE's secure power and critical cooling solutions
- Ensure solution compliance to standards, regulations, codes and safety requirement for the application, environment and geography
- Implement and comply with customer product specification.
- Take part in all necessary training for competency development and performance improvement. Mentor and train other team members.
- Provide periodic updates and report on performance and goals
- Liaises with the business development/ product managers for detailed product related queries/specification when required.

Qualifications
Who would be successful?
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Mechanical Engineering)
- Minimum of five (5) years in technical product support for IT/Data Center type customers & partners.
- Strong communication, time management, technical documentation preparation and product presentation skills.
- Team player and a leader, who can work effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels.
- Independent and self-driven and work with minimum guidance
- Amenable to work in Cavite and Taguig
Who will you report to? Operations Manager and Country Stakeholder
