The Role: Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner
What will you do?
- Evaluate the talent landscape and advise business managers and HR partners on sourcing strategies and acquisition approaches to attract the best-fit candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across Thailand, Myanmar, and Laos, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop tailored resourcing strategies aligned with organizational needs and talent priorities.
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates using a variety of channels including direct sourcing, job boards, social media, university partnerships, and employee referrals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand talent availability, benchmark hiring practices, and monitor employer branding trends in the region.
- Collaborate on and support employer branding and university engagement initiatives within the cluster to strengthen Schneider Electric's talent attraction efforts.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, with at least 8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Strong track record in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring across various channels, with a solid grasp of employer branding and talent marketing.
- Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and HR teams to deliver strategic hiring solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of local talent trends and labour markets; culturally adaptable and sensitive to local nuances.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to represent the company externally as a brand ambassador.
- Proficiency in English is required
