Senior Pricing Analyst

Overview:

The Senior Pricing Analyst will be responsible for the strategic pricing excellence of Secure Power product offering through three key activities: Pricing Management, Price Measurement, and Process & Improvement Management. As a member of the Secure Power Global Price Management Team, the ideal candidate will report to the Global Pricing Transformation leader.

What will you do:

• The Pricing Analyst will monitor current product/region pricing to identify optimization opportunities and work closely with Global Pricing Strategy managers to make recommendations on all aspects of price management.

• Provide regular analytical support on the impact of regional price actions and conduct reviews with regional teams.

• Prepare presentations for pricing committee meetings for different regions.

• Track and analyse the impacts of forex, competitive and industry pricing trends and report on results and recommendations.

• Resolve data discrepancies as they arise to accurately represent the data & information.

• Develop and independently build and manage pricing dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to support pricing decision-making. To be successful in this role the analyst would represent the core SE values along the reporting chain.

Qualifications

Who would be successful?

• BA/BS degree in Business/Economics/Statistics/Marketing/Quantitative or related field within a minimum of seven years' experience in analytics, preferably in pricing.

• Experience in Advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, and Pricing Analysis tools is essential.

• Strong aptitude for working with numbers.

• Must be able to work effectively in a global team environment.

• Excellent attention to detail, goal oriented, and willingness to work with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and take ownership of projects.
