Job Title: EndPoint Infrastructure Operations Engineer

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities

What will you do?

On your specific primary assignment (Intune, Automation & Scripting)

  • You will provide L3 support for Intune, Automation as well as for Microsoft Operating System
  • Manage and maintain Intune configurations on Intune console, in coordination with the team and following all configurations and security policies.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and networking teams for integration and performance optimization.
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshooting connectivity, performance, and application compatibility issues.
  • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize for an optimal user experience.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks like patching, updates, and security hardening.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including procedures, guides, and troubleshooting resources.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Azure Virtual Desktop and virtualization.
  • Work closely with the respective service line Architect.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing on Intune solutions .

For all secondaries assignments
  • You will provide L3 support for EndPoint secondaries assigned subjects (OS, ME-CM, MEM, Mobile, AVD, Compliance...).
  • Assist with the improvement of the solution environment and functional processes for our customers. Automate Operational processes where feasible.
  • Manage the L3 support incidents related with EndPoint, being part of a global Team for EndPoint and Mobility L3 support
  • Supports the windows infrastructure including: All versions of supported Microsoft OS (except for the server part), Intune, ME-CM, etc...
  • Work closely with our service providers
  • Work closely with the respective service line Architects
  • Consistently apply "lessons learned", model personal accountability & teamwork.
  • Participate in proactive support management, analyze problems, provide solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Engage with global architectural team and global operations' teams to ensure a streamlined customer experience.
  • Document operational processes and ensure those are properly disseminated thru L1 and L2
  • Ensure all support levels are properly trained and knowledgeable on your area of responsibility.
  • Contribute & share knowledge thru communities, documentation, and communication channels.

Execute assigned project work related to the EndPoint and Mobility support area.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
  • Over 4 to 5 years of experience in similar position
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of Cloud Concepts.
  • Thorough understanding of the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
  • Expertise on Intune.
  • Proficiency in Intune Design and Deployment.
  • Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
  • Knowledge/Experience with MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager).

    • INF260x
    • Powershell
  • Project Management experience and certifications
  • ITIL certification
