Quality Analyst

High level responsibilities:

PROCESS INVENTORY & DOCUMENTATION

• Inventory the processes, documents, tools & templates
• Document the processes and develop templates with inputs from SMEs
• Ensure the documents meet all the required quality standards
• Maintain the QMS documents and publish required information on Commercial Portal

PROCESS CHANGE MGMT

• Collate the End user feedback and facilitate Change request prep
• Facilitate the review and approval of Process changes/ updates and maintain the version control of documents

QMS TRAINING, ENABLEMENT & ADOPTION

• Conduct QMS session for new joiners
• Be thinking partner for Process Mgmt SME
• Publish User analytics and drive adoption

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

• Drive focussed process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma, Design thinking and equivalent approaches
• Maintain portfolio of projects

Qualifications

Experience

• 5- 8 years of experience in implementing Quality standards such as ISO 9001, CMM or other models and Process Maturity frameworks
• At least 2-3 years in an Operational role (preferably commercial domain)
• Certified PMP/ Six Sigma Green Belt/ Auditor will be preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team oriented and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent listening and analytical skills.
• Self-directed, organized and project a professional image.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Good customer service and motivational skills
• Strong ability to handle multiple priorities and concurrent projects
• Willing to work in Cavite with flexible working hours to properly engage stakeholders from all time zones.
