We are looking for Global Offer manager for H MI softwre.
He/She report to HMI Future Offer Marketing Director, and responsible for
• Contributing for growth by developping competitive software
• Developing and managing the global strategy for the HMI software product line
• Conducting market research
• Defining product requirements,
• and driving product launches and commercial success.
Main objective of this role:
•
Role and Responsibility:
• Define offer strategy & requirement with priorization for HMI software by investigated market trend, customer pains/demands, and competitors.
• Well communicate with R&D and/or partners who develop HMI software, explain our strategy, offer requirement, business case. Listen to their feedback to adjust requirement to be more feasible and profitable.
• Define launch strategy such as target segments, GTM, and 4P to deploy the new offer to countries.
• Execute the Launch strategy together with other stakesholders, such as Marcom, Technical product champion, ICO, and people in country operation.
• Manage product lifecycle and end of life operation by investigated impact for customers, and competitiveness in market.
• Manage product enhancement/change requests from countries to win key opportunities.
• Well communicate and collaborate with offer marketing in key countries.
• Well collaborate with several internal stakeholders such as ;
o Other offer managers within the team who manage other HMI software, Opertor panel, IPC to create offer requirement and support each other
o ICO and Segment sales team to capture their strategy and get their agreement with our offer strategy.
Qualifications
Qualifications (Skills/ Personal Qualities):
Essential (Must have)
• Technical knowledge about software
• A background in Sales, SalesEngineer/PAE (Product Application Engineer), Marketing in Industrial Automation, or technical aspects of HMI software would be advantageous.
• Thorough understanding and expertise in HMI Software is preferred
• Strong understanding of global market dynamics and customer needs in the Industrial Automation and its relateds software.
• Excellent strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute global product strategies.
• Effective collaboration across teams, stakeholders, departments, cultures, and geographies
• Proficiency in market research, product lifecycle management, and product launch activities as well as strong analytical and communication skills to drive commercial success and market penetration.
• Business owner mindset to contribute for growth
• A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
• Oral and written communication and presentation skills in English
Desirable (Nice to have)
• Experience to negoatiate & work with 3 rd party (Offer requirement, Price, support, etc)
