Are you passionate about C# .NET and DLL development? Join our team to play a crucial role in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining device placement/rule logic for ETO/CTO product selectors. You'll be at the forefront of innovation, contributing to projects for products like Panelboards, Switchboards, PZ4, and more within the DCR Delivery group of the Digital Innovation and Technology function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our talented DLL developers, immersing yourself in the ecosystem and gaining deep insights into our offerings.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain product configuration DLLs, ensuring seamless integration with stakeholder requirements and datasheets.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, scrum teams, and participate in sprint activities, bringing your expertise to daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Engage with offer managers to fully understand requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.
Your Impact:
- Show unwavering commitment to project timelines, consistently delivering configurators within stipulated deadlines.
- Optimize the functionality of existing product configurators, promptly addressing customer requests, resolving issues, and managing complaints with a keen eye on timelines.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in developing web applications using Microsoft .NET C# on IDEs like Visual Studio.
- Proficiency in developing dynamic link libraries using C# and a strong grasp of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
- Prior experience with ETO/CTO products such as Panelboards, Switchboards, PZ4, Motor Control Centers, Medium Voltage products, etc., will be highly advantageous.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Github) and exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with peers and stakeholders.
- Capability to thrive in a multicultural and complex environment, with knowledge of Azure Cloud, Rest API, JIRA, and Agile considered a plus.
