As P2P Team Leader for the DACH, Nordic, Baltic, and Polish regions, you will be part of a dynamic and motivated team committed to delivering high-quality service and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will lead a team of P2P professionals, ensuring efficient and compliant execution of procurement processes. You will collaborate closely with regional stakeholders and internal teams to streamline operations, resolve issues, and implement best practices. Your leadership will be key in fostering a culture of accountability, service orientation, and process optimization.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a regional P2P team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Drive the implementation and optimization of P2P processes across the DACH, Nordic, Baltic, and Polish markets.
- Act as a key liaison between stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of initiatives.
- Provide subject matter expertise in P2P processes, including PR to PO processing and invoice dispute settlement.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure process efficiency and compliance.
- Identify opportunities for automation and digital enablement within the P2P function.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance standards, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to align on best practices and drive standardization.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, accounts payable, or end-to-end P2P operations.
- 2+ year of experience in a leadership or team management role.
- Strong knowledge of P2P processes, systems, and best practices.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
- Passionate about team development and continuous learning.
Languages:
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as German, Polish, or a Nordic/Baltic language are a plus.
