As Change Manager Specialist you'll be ensuring that the Change Management guidelines are properly followed by the team and advise them accordingly.
For large scale initiatives/strategies you'll take a leading role executing the required steps and adapting the to the situation ensuring the best outcome.
Key responsibilities
• Ensure the team is following the Change Management process and guide/support them as necessary
• Take the lead on the Change Management process for complex changes
• Provide change tools and expertise to ensure project change strategy, resources and coordination are in place and well executed
• Execute the Change Management strategic initiatives
Change Management Continuous Improvement Plan - Review the Change Management process and improve it based on the feedback of the users (Product Owners)

Skills and / or competencies required
• Experience in Change Management Methodologies
• Product and stakeholder management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent listening and analyzing skills
• Good teaching and coaching skills
Good Project Management skills (risk management, stakeholders management, planning, etc.)
Qualifications required
• Graduate degree in computer engineering/science or psychology
• Certification in change management desirable
