PCBA Method & Maintenance Supervisor

1) Responsible for PCBA process & maintenance deliveries for transfer/localization projects.

2) Manage product s technical documents and changes to guarantee the products manufactured in WPF aligned with the technical specifications defined by R&D/CE & support QVE efforts

3) Establish and contribute WPF PCBA process & maintenance competency improvement roadmap.

4) Lead continuous process optimization and TPM effectiveness improvement.

Manage EMS suppliers in terms of process & maintenance related items, and join PCBA process qualification for PCBA produced in EMS if needed, and contribute to PCBA supplier annual audit, like NRE, spare parts, maintenance plan & effectiveness evaluation, etc.

Set up and lead a strong team to support the production make sure the good service level in terms of process optimization, TPM, quality, and OTDP, etc.
