Your Team

You'll be part of the Global Supply Chain organization , working closely with R&D, marketing, and industrialization teams. As an Offer Procurement Leader , you'll serve as the key interface between procurement and business units, ensuring supplier strategies align with product development goals.

What You'll Do
  • Lead procurement activities for new product development and offer creation projects.
  • Define and execute the global sourcing strategy for brand labelling supporting Digital Buildings.
  • Identify new technology suppliers and assess gaps between current capabilities and business needs.
  • Set up and manage a network of strong brand label suppliers aligned with product roadmaps.
  • Drive early supplier involvement to support innovation and design-to-cost initiatives.
  • Negotiate annual cost reductions using tools such as face-to-face negotiation, Quality Value Engineering (QVE), and lean methodologies.
  • Support Virtual Factories to ensure supplier delivery and quality performance.
  • Act as the procurement lead on cross-functional teams (product management, R&D, industrialization) for new product launches.
  • Serve as the escalation point for all commercial supplier issues.
  • Lead price negotiations and finalize contractual agreements.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with procurement processes.
  • Achieve procurement targets related to supplier sourcing, cost, contracts, and time to market.
  • Contribute to sustainability and quality goals through supplier engagement.

Essential for the Role
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business , or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in hardware finished goods procurement.
  • Proven track record managing electronic technology suppliers .
  • Strong understanding of mechanical components (plastic, stamping, printing) and electrical components (winding, PCB assemblies).
  • Knowledge of product cost modeling , project management, and contract negotiations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English.

Desirable for the Role
  • Swedish language skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Familiarity with digital procurement tools and sustainability practices.
