Mission:
The Offer Creation Project Manager is accountable for ensuring that the project meets its goals for customer satisfaction & quality, time to market, development expenses and product costs, to ensure meeting the profitability target for all assigned projects in Control and Signaling (C&S) activity.
What will you do?
- Be customer and business focused, set the vision with project stakeholders
- Manage the development of all project activities from the initiation to the closure, covering the scope of all Functions
- Develop, with the Project Team, the Project Management Plan and keep it up to date during the life of the project. Tailor the project plan in line with project goals, look for efficiency opportunity
- Define and manage the project budget, resources, and schedule
- Organize, lead, and motivate the project team and synchronize the team with the other teams
- Challenge the functions to take ownership of the project objective
- Lead the decision-making process at the project level and at the right time
- Apply risk management techniques to identify the risks and issues, and implement effective risk response plans
- Manage the overall project planning, organize arbitration and, in the event of deviation, propose and implement corrective actions
- Provide the project evaluation and project status to management on a regular basis
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- 5 years minimum in project management of electromechanical and/or electronic products
- Minimum bachelor's degree in electro-mechanical / electrical / electronic engineering
- Industrial products' knowledge is preferred
- Development and understand business cases, basic financial knowledge
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills within cross-functional environment, resolving conflicts to achieve results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
