Mission

• Ensure the production requested by our customers is carried out safely and with high quality in our Tijuana plant.

A typical day for you might include:

• Optimize performance of our plant by hierarchically leading teams.
• Managing human and material resources with unionized personnel under your responsibility, keeping them safe and maintaining 5S standards.
• Carrying out production line improvement projects (via root cause analysis, process improvement using Lean manufacturing tools).
• Training incoming unionized personnel, promoting flexibility and rotation.

Qualifications

This may be the next step in your career journey if you have:

• 3 + years of relevant experience in Manufacturing Production
• Bachelor's degree on industrial, electrical, mechatronic engineer or related
• English Level: Intermediate (A2-B1)
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Quality improvement tools, techniques, and models knowledge
• Desirable knowledge of performance management tools (LDS/DISS/MES/TRESS, SAP).
• Preferable knowledge of ISO 9000, 45000, 14000, 50000 standards.
• A yellow belt is desirable.
