What will you do?

Take the Lead with These Responsibilities: As a Quality Control Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

    • Analyzing quality data and identifying trends to drive continuous improvement.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, supply chain) to resolve quality issues.
    • Supporting root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes.
    • Maintaining and updating quality documentation, including inspection procedures and control plans.
    • Participating in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Understanding of quality control methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA).
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards.
  • Proficiency in using measurement tools and interpreting technical drawings/specifications.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel).

Who will you report to?

You will report to the Quality Assurance Manager.
This is an individual contributor role with high visibility across production, engineering, and supply chain teams. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to uphold product quality and customer satisfaction.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

Key Qualifications for Thriving:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role.
  • Knowledge of quality tools and statistical techniques.
  • Certification in quality (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt) is a plus.
  • Experience in a regulated industry (automotive, aerospace, medical devices, etc.) is advantageous.
