Manufacturing Digital Project and Functional Lead

What will you do?
- You will lead and deliver Manufacturing Application projects, Pre-Studies (Solutions evaluation, Proof of Concepts, new Project Scoping) or IT landscape enhancement. You will also take part of the functional architecture and design with support of Business Analysts.
- You will produce or coordinate below deliverables :
• Project scoping, strategy & management activities
• AS IS and TO BE digital process description, functional flows diagrams, functional analysis, business requirements detailing
• Competitve Proof of Concepts and solution selection studies, options comparisons
• Functional design and specifications / users stories
• Solution delivery coordination (with developers or external vendors
• Hypercare open item closing & transition to RUN

- Reporting to Manufacturing Enterprise IT team, directly under Global Manufacturing Digitization Director , and collaborate with business experts, digital experts and external Software providers,
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Qualifications
Experience / Skills
• Minium experience expected is 5 years, ideally in consulting or digital transformation (including business side)
• Supply Chain business knowledge including Manufacturing, Quality and Maintenance process cycles is a must
• Knowledge / exposure on Manufacturing, Quality and Maintenance Digital Technologies (MES, CMMS, ERP modules,...), as well as link between IT and Operational Technologies (OT) is preferable
• Certifications such as APICS CSCP, PMP, CSM is preferable
• Engineering background required (Mechnical Engineering / Supply Chain preferable)
• MBA degre preferable (Operations / Supply Chai
