Maintenance Supervisor

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor for our Monterrey 4 location.

Responsible for maintenance function, accountable & responsible for predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance for all equipment within an entity. Hierarchical management involving the elaboration, application & overall management of standardized processes and plans to ensure safety, quality, service / availability, cost. Strong contributor to continuous improvement. People management & budgetary accountability.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree, BSEE or BSME preferred.
• 2-5 Years of experience in Maintenance
• Preventive and corrective maintenance management TPM
• Root cause analysis
• SAP Knowledge
• Punching Machines , Press breakes background , bending machines,
• Paint process knowledge is a plus
• Experience in Neumatic systems
• PLC Knowledge
• Electric and Mechanic Knowledge
• People management
• Leadership
• English fuent
