What will you do?

  • Manage and optimizing SAP PM/MM modules to support preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
  • Leading the implementation and continuous improvement of newly developed MRO standards.
  • Ensuring data integrity in SAP, including equipment master data, BOMs, task lists, and maintenance plans.
  • Collaborating with maintenance, engineering, procurement, and IT teams to align system functionality with operational needs.
  • Supporting audits and compliance efforts by maintaining accurate and traceable maintenance records.
  • Training and supporting end-users in SAP functionalities and MRO best practices.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
  • Proficiency in SAP PM and MM modules, including configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of MRO processes, spare parts management, and maintenance workflows.
  • Analytical skills to interpret system data and drive process improvements.
  • Experience in implementing or supporting digital maintenance systems and standards.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

Who will you report to?
  • You will report to the Maintenance Operations Manager TLX2.
    You'll work closely with reliability engineers, planners, procurement, and IT support teams. This is a key individual contributor role with high visibility and influence, especially in driving system and process improvements across the site.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Active student in bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with MRO standards, spare parts cataloging, and maintenance planning.
  • SAP certification or training in PM/MM modules is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, TPM) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
