Responsible for the coordination of all over-dimensional outbound/inbound shipments going to our internal and external customers. Ensure that all appropriate documentation is created, delivered, and saved per requirements. Communicating with the operations team to ensure shipments are picked and shipped according to prioritization. Take on additional projects to help support the development and improvement of the Logistics Method Engineer functions.
What will you do?
- Coordinating all outbound over-dimensional - loads with carriers and internal customer
- BOL creation
- Scheduling carrier pickups
- Invoicing and billing
- Creating and preparing daily picks for operations team
- Ensure all Trade and Compliance requirements are satisfied (CTPAT, Dangerous Good Shipping...etc.)
- Respond to Complaint Requests via BFO
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
- Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
- Participate in daily SIMs, updating the team on delivery and/or quality issues
- Contribute to productivity by supporting and implementing quality, delivery, and cost reduction objectives

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Experience in customer service
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and ISO requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft office suite
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software: SAP, Oracle, etc.
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and organization skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's Degree required, Engineering graduate preferred
- 3-4 years warehouse experience
- Knowledge of CTPAT training
- Experience with SDS (Safety Data Sheets), Freight regulation, HMT (Hazardous Material Table), Tarrifs
- Preferred at least 2 years of warehouse design/optimization experience
- Knowledge of Database systems (SQL,Tableau etc.)
- Excellent relationships and communication skills at all levels of the organization
- Prior work in a logistics center
- Passionate for digital tools, IT field but also for the operations
- Innovation mindset and change management aptitude
- Ability to build winning and lasting relations over time
- Customer First Orientation through a consulting approach and mindset
- Knowledge of the main office software and information systems
- Mindset to quickly learn the SE commercial Offer for products and applications
