Internal Communications Leader

The Internal Communications Leader will craft and deliver compelling internal communications that bring the company's strategy and programs to life, fostering a deep connection between employees and the organization's vision. This role is responsible for defining and executing a high-impact communications strategy that supports entity leaders, enhances understanding, drives employee engagement, and ultimately boosts performance across the organization.
What will you do?
- Define the communication strategy and plan for scope at hand.
- Drive global, entity or local communications campaigns, for targeted audiences (external and/or internal).
- Drive content creation, leveraging the communications structure.
- Manager end-to-end one or multiple communications channels.
- Support changes and transformations with communication activities, in respective scope.
- Set and manage expectations on measurement with stakeholders.
- Could manage or act as a Team Leader for communications specialists (MEF6, MEF5) driving their engagement and ensuring development and career pathing for the team.
- Support or manage transversal initiatives or transformations for the communications function and netowrk (eg. measurement, community management, training).

- Clear and Effective Communication: Ability to tailor tone and messaging to diverse audiences across the Iberian Zone, ensuring clarity and relevance.
- Corporate Storytelling: Skilled at transforming data and operational achievements into inspiring narratives that resonate and connect with employees.
- Empathy and Active Listening: Essential for understanding employee needs and fostering meaningful two-way communication.
- Data Analysis: Proficient in measuring the impact of communication initiatives (e.g., engagement, participation, feedback) and refining strategies accordingly.
- Change Management Support: Plays a key role in enabling technological, organizational, and cultural transformation through strategic communication.
- Strategic Thinking: Capable of designing communication plans that align with organizational goals and reinforce corporate culture.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing or related.
- You have significant experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in internal communication tools.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- High intercultural sensitivity and ability to work in diverse, multicultural environments.
