What will you do?

  • Driving IMPACT across SE by ensuring good data and data practices in Workforce Administration. You play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and governance of WFA data across systems; being responsible for:
    • Data Governance & Quality
  • Develop and maintain WFA data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across HR systems.
  • Conduct regular audits and data quality checks to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Partner with IT and HRIS teams to implement data validation rules and automation.
  • Data Collection & Management
    • Design and manage efficient data collection processes for workforce metrics (e.g., CSRD).
    • Support the integration of data from multiple sources & teams
  • Collaboration & Reporting
    • Collaborate across HR Services teams to understand data needs and deliver.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support workforce analytics and decision-making.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
  • To excel in this role, you should be practicing:
  • A good understanding of HR processes and data structures.
  • Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, Tableau etc.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle HCM).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • WFA Office is part of Global Delivery & Excellence in Schneider Electric's HR Services and Transformation organisation

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • You will be in the running if you have:
    • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Information Systems
    • 2-4 years of experience in HR data governance, workforce administration or HR Information Systems
  • To be successful you should additionally have:
    • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)
    • Experience with SQL or other data querying languages
    • Certification in HR analytics or data governance
