Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Support end to end recruitment activities including but not limited to posting jobs, screening applications, arranging interviews, preparing employment documents and providing on-boarding support
- Support Employer Branding activities (university relations, social media campaigns, etc.)
- Perform HR clerical and administrative duties including but not limited to maintain up-to-date staff database, market research and analysis, reports generations
Training & Development
- Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, room setup, and equipment needs
- Update and maintain training data and completion tracking
- Support procurement and administrative processes related to HR initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the HR team

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Undergraduate in Human Resource Management / Education / Psychology or a related fields. Open to students in other disciplines who have passion to develop career in HR
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in creating visually appealing presentations will be added advantage
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
- Attention to details, organized, proactive and resourceful, with a strong desire to learn new skills, explore new ideas and contribute to the team's success
- Prior internship or part-time working experience is preferred
- Full-time availability during Jun - Aug 2025 highly preferred (working pattern from Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm) and performer will get contract renewal after summer
