Are you ready to lead HR transformation and drive impactful change across Belgium and the Netherlands? We're looking for a dynamic HR Country Manager to join our team of HR Business Partners supporting our BeNe business units.

In this strategic role, you'll go beyond traditional HR operations. You'll be a key partner to the VP of Human Resources for BeNe, helping shape and execute talent strategies that foster innovation, agility, and growth.   • Act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters, offering bold, forward-thinking solutions.
  • Design and implement talent strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and represent the company in union and works council negotiations.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • Champion company values and embed them into all HR practices.

Operational Excellence
  • Oversee the implementation of HR policies and ensure a seamless employee experience across the lifecycle-from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Analyze workforce trends to boost engagement and retention.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and mitigate legal risks.
  • Build and nurture high-potential, diverse teams.
What You Bring
  • 10+ years of HR experience, including 3-4 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven background in HR Business Partnering, Change Management, or Transformation.
  • Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in matrixed, multinational environments.
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for innovation, diversity, and inclusion.
