What will you do?

  • Partner and consult with people managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle (recruitment, development, succession planning) to ensure we are creating a meaningful experience for our employees
  • In partnership with HR Leaders, effectively implement a talent management strategy to prepare the workforce of the future
  • Provide department wide and local site support to reinforce our empowerment, diversity, equity, inclusion, and sense of belonging priorities including local university relations
  • Drive our high-performance culture by partnering with managers to ensure we are assessing, performance managing, developing and recognizing talent to ensure business success and employee retention
  • Provide ongoing coaching to support the leaders, employees, and teams to achieve personal and business goals and prepare our talent to be future ready
  • Equip managers with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage people alignment with business strategy and goals and empower our HR model
  • Support business/cultural transformation initiatives and communications as necessary
  • Drive adoption and implementation the New Ways of Working (Wellbeing, Hybrid - Present in the office mindset, Digital)
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of current HR practices and trends and apply them to the business
  • Lead transversal HR projects and/or policy governance at the Regional or Country level

What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Must be Bilingual in French & English
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in business or other relevant education
  • From 3 years' experience as HR Generalist/Partner, Canada HR certification preferred
  • Experience supporting hourly / manufacturing organization would be beneficial
  • Ability to develop strong trusting relationships and influence and challenge others to support and achieve results
  • Ability to understand the complexity of issues and problems and assist in developing and implementing best practices solutions to resolve issues
  • Ability to leverage data for decision- making HR metrics experience is an asset.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and time and priority management skills
  • Experience working with Canada and more specifically Quebec employment law and regulations required
  • Proven ability to exercise judgment and discretion in handling confidential matters
  • Comfortable working on multifaceted projects in conjunction with HR day-to-day activities


Location: This role is hybrid and required presence in the office minimum 2-3 days per week as needed by the business.
