Schneider Electric has a meaningful opportunity for a Hardware Project Manager in preferably in a hybrid role (2-days a week on-site) in either Nashville, TN or Dallas, TX. Position Summary

• Own & manage the projects in terms of scope (Medium Voltage), timelines, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies

• Orchestrate, facilitate and optimize the flow of value and activities with all the different functions involved in your projects

Roles & Responsibilities

• Focus on actively managing critical path and risks, not solely on task completion

• Motivate and challenge teams to deliver according to schedules and plans

• You will facilitate planning, aggregate objectives, and ensure project execution meets objectives

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, changes, and milestones to ensure stakeholder visibility and transparency

• You will drive culture of continuous improvement by collecting feedback, conducting retrospectives, and implementing lessons learned (in SAFe/Agile environment)

• Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks

• Create and sustain an environment of trust and openness

• Ensure project focuses on excellence in product quality and customer value

• Manage the project budget, monitor deviations and propose mitigation plan

• Fluent in both English and Spanish

Bachelor's Degree in related field

• At least 3+ years of project management in Scrum/Agile hardware production environment

• Understanding of offer strategy and demonstrated ability to identify and launch solutions

• Experience leading from development to manufacturing of a product to a global market

• Ability to travel up to 20% (Continental or International)

Skills & Abilities

• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience leading multi-site & remote teams

• Strong skills in communication, risk assessment, change management, problem solving, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence and convince

Preferences

PMP certification

Agile/SAFe certification (SPC or other)
