Global Tech Expert - PDM & SPEED Helpdesk

Job Description:

This role provides global technical expertise and support for spare parts requests, primarily through platforms like SPEED and the One Spare Catalogue. The position also leads Product Data Management (PDM) activities for service offerings.

As a technical expert, you will provide guidance on spare parts for Power Systems and Power Products, collaborating with teams across Medium Voltage Offer (MVO), Power Product (LV), ECOFIT, and Tool Team to ensure timely responses and maintain business continuity. A deep understanding of Schneider Electric's low and medium voltage products is essential. You will remotely guide others in spare part selection and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Manufacturing and Industrialization teams, particularly with regards to labeling, packaging (Design for Test/Manufacturing/Assembly), and technical antenna considerations.
• Collaborate with associated teams to support customer cases and provide technical expertise, including root cause analysis.
• Support the Services LoB Tool Team to improve Field Services Tools and Data Quality (TIPI & OnSite Apps.)

• Provide technical support and expertise on spare parts, responding to requests tickets coming from countries tendering and services teams.
• Support cross-functional teams in Service LoB throughout the offer development lifecycle.
• Lead PDM activities for service offerings, including creation, management, and updates.
• Contribute to product quality improvements.
• Contribute to the development of service tools for data management.
• Actively participate in team meetings, Experts Community and knowledge sharing.

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in field services or a related area.
• Strong knowledge of Schneider Electric low and medium voltage power products and protection trip units.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
