Global Employee Editorial Lead

Great People make Schneider Electric a great company.

Role mission

The organization is embarking on an exciting journey to transform how it connects, informs, and inspires employees across the globe. At the heart of this transformation is a bold commitment to editorial excellence-anchored by the launch of a new internal news app and extending across all employee communication channels. More than just a platform, the app will serve as a dynamic bridge that brings global and local teams closer together. Through personalized stories, achievements, and insights, the app will help every employee feel more connected to the company's pulse, empowered by content that resonates with their unique experiences.

To bring this vision to life, the team is seeking a passionate Global Employee Editorial Lead -a master storyteller, strategic thinker, and natural coordinator. This role offers a rare opportunity to shape a groundbreaking communication platform from the ground up: defining the editorial voice, curating impactful stories, and ensuring content reflects the diversity and energy of the global workforce. The ideal candidate will embrace emerging technologies, including generative AI, to enhance editorial efficiency, content personalization, and storytelling innovation.

Beyond the app, this role will lead the editorial strategy and execution across the company's full suite of employee-facing communications channels-ensuring consistency, quality, and resonance in every message. From newsletters and intranet features to leadership and campaign employee storytelling, the Editorial Lead will be the guardian of a unified narrative that informs, engages, and inspires.

The Editorial Content Lead will guide a worldwide network of publishers, elevate content quality, and craft a cohesive narrative that unites the organization across borders and cultures. With a strong focus on quality, engagement, and mobile-first storytelling, this individual will play a pivotal role in setting new standards for employee communication.
