You will be..
Carry out Competition benchmarking and List price preperation, determine positioning of the product lines.
Manage SPA approval process
Work with GSC to drive demand planning in line with market trends
Set and follow up KPIs: Market share, order, sales, GM, Vitality Index for newly introduced offers, and act to reach/exceed targets
Support sales and prescription with offer related issues and trainings
Lead New product launches.
Provide input to LOBs for new product development projects.
Market intelligence: Continously monitor and react to competition actions, monitor market evolution and market shares.
Visit customers to introduce new products, and to seek ways of improving customer experience.
Prepare yearly and mid term strategic plans and oversee execution, to increase market share, sales and profitability.
You will be perfect fit if you have..
- University Degree in Electrical or Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in sales, offer marketing or channel marketing
- Working knowledge with key channels of SE: Electricians, wholeseelers, DIYs, PBs, Cntr, OEM, distributors
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, eager to learn and take responsibility
- No restriction for travelling
- Advanced level of written and spoken English
