What will you do?
- Cut Costs & Improve Efficiency : Optimize freight rates, container usage, and reduce delays.
- Enhance Visibility & Accuracy : Improve shipment tracking and data quality with partners.
- Streamline Operations : Train teams, digitize processes, and deploy audit systems.
- Drive Collaboration : Work with global and local teams to resolve issues and align strategies.
- Strengthen Vendor Relations : Lead reviews and maintain strong logistics partnerships.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- In-depth Expertise in Transportation Operations
Proven experience in managing day-to-day transportation activities with a strong operational focus. - Solid Background in the 3PL Industry
Well-versed in third-party logistics practices, industry standards, and service delivery models. - Commercial and Operational Acumen
Skilled in aligning commercial strategies with operational feasibility to drive business outcomes. - Technical Proficiency
Familiarity with systems such as SAP, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is a strong advantage. - Project & People Ladership

Who will you report to?
- EA Transportation Senior Manager
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
Education:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Transport, Freight Forwarding, Logistics Management, or Information Systems Technology related to logistics and supply chain operations.
Experience:
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in transportation, freight forwarding, or logistics, and/or in information systems technology management within the logistics industry.
Business Acumen:
- In-depth understanding of transportation operations and exposure to 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) industry practices.
- Familiarity with commercial processes and operational feasibility in logistics environments.
Technical & Language Skills:
- Proficiency in systems such as SAP, OTM (Oracle Transportation Management), and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is preferred.
- Strong project management and people management capabilities, with a proven ability to lead change management initiatives and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong analytical thinking.
- Fluency in English is required.
