Digital Marketing Insights Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented, curious and passionate Senior Digital Marketing Insights Analyst to join the Marketing Analytics and Performance Transformation team under Industrial Automation Business. If you are an experienced analyst who love analyzing web traffic, user behavior, and online marketing performance to help drive business growth and improve user experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
This role centers on supporting web analytics while broadening its scope to include all facets of digital marketing analytics across diverse online platforms such as social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising, with the goal of improving user engagement and driving conversions.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
Web Analytics:
- Ensure accurate web tracking setups using Google Analytics, GA4, and other relevant tools to monitor user behavior and site performance.
- Analyze website performance data to generate insights that enhance paid media strategies, SEO initiatives, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) improvements.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to identify the most effective marketing strategies. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve user experience and increase ROI.
Digital Marketing Analytics:
- Track and analyze KPIs across digital marketing channels
- Develop attribution models for multi-channel campaigns and generate actionable insights from customer behavior data
Dashboard: Create dashboards and reports to help teams make data-driven decisions.
Trend: Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and analytics technologies.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, statistics, data science, Information Technology or another related field required
- Proven minimum 3 years of experience in web analytics, digital marketing analytics, or a similar role. Or at least 5 years experience in the field of general analytics, with exposure to analytics infrastructure and end-to-end development (dashboards, automation)
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (eg Google Analytics 4, Abobe Analytics, Looker Studio, Semrush) or other analytics tools
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM and online marketing strategies is a plus
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Excel. Can build Excel reports and dashboards from the ground up. VBA/Macro programming is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL or other data query languages is a plus
