  • 10+ yrs of Exp in managing ATL, Social Media and Paid campaigns (Conceptualization) and driving campaigns with multiple agencies


KPIs -
  • Lead all brand level campaigns, from ideation to execution
  • Plan the yearly integrated marketing plan and calendar for L&T Electrical and Automation brand, for multiple channels: film + print + digital + social + web
  • Manage all paid media campaigns for the brand


Responsibilities
  • Work with leading agencies to conceptualize and design external communications for the brand
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
  • Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook, profile pictures and blog layout)
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, likes, promotions and competitions
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
