Experience:
- 10+ yrs of Exp in managing ATL, Social Media and Paid campaigns (Conceptualization) and driving campaigns with multiple agencies
KPIs -
- Lead all brand level campaigns, from ideation to execution
- Plan the yearly integrated marketing plan and calendar for L&T Electrical and Automation brand, for multiple channels: film + print + digital + social + web
- Manage all paid media campaigns for the brand
Responsibilities
- Work with leading agencies to conceptualize and design external communications for the brand
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook, profile pictures and blog layout)
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, likes, promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
