Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced brand leader to shape and evolve our global brand strategy, messaging, and communications. This high-impact role will be central to how our brand shows up across digital and in-person experiences, working closely with regional teams to drive awareness and engagement.
The ideal candidate has deep experience in B2B technology branding, understands the nuances of complex buying cycles, and excels at translating technical solutions into compelling stories. If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for building powerful B2B brands, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Shape a globally consistent and differentiated brand that reinforces our value to customers, partners, and employees.
- Elevate our market presence by driving brand-led campaigns and narratives that position us as a trusted strategic technology partner.
- Strengthen customer engagement by ensuring brand experiences are cohesive, relevant, and aligned with business objectives across all channels.
- Enhance internal brand alignment, helping teams understand and apply our brand values in everything from sales to service.
- Lead brand-aligned communications for key global moments—including acquisitions and strategic announcements
- Inform strategic decisions by leveraging customer feedback, market research, and brand performance data to guide future brand investment and evolution
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrable experience in brand strategy, communications, or marketing—ideally within B2B technology or enterprise environments.
- A track record of shaping global brands with clear positioning and messaging.
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling, customer-relevant narratives.
- Deep understanding of how to create and deliver consistent brand experiences across digital, physical, and partner touchpoints.
- Confident leadership and collaboration style, with experience working across functions, cultures, and geographies.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities, including excellent written communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel internationally and work across global time zones.
- Eligibility to work in a geography in which Symetri operates (UK, Ireland, US, Nordics)
