  • Nurture and develop client relationship to help clients extract the maximum value from SE contracted services.
  • Identifies & match client's needs with SE products & services to drive successful expansion/renewal.
  • Secure customer experience & satisfaction for SE contract service offers (jointly with Connected Services Hubs (CSH), formerly Service Bureaus).

Characteristics:
  • Aligned by digital offer / recurring contracted service
  • Focus is on electronic interaction with the customer
  • Numerous customers (500+) spread all over the world
  • Focus on conversion from traditional to digital contracts and renewal process.
  • Context of low to high expansion opportunity
