- Prepare and consolidate monthly and quarterly business reviews for channel partners and internal stakeholders, covering sales performance, target achievement, and key retail KPIs
- Perform daily sales tracking and provide incoming and closing sales projections to support business visibility and planning
- Analyze sell-in/sell-out data, partner engagement, campaign impact, and budget utilization (MDF, trade spend, etc.)
- Develop and maintain channel performance dashboards and reporting tools for real-time insights
- Support distributor segmentation, sales target setting, and incentive tracking based on historical and live data
- Manage and update Distributor Agreements and Commercial Policies in coordination with Channel Marketing, Legal, Business Development and Sales
- Lead Commercial Policy reconciliation to ensure accuracy in pricing, rebates, and program eligibility
- Ensure proper documentation, tracking, and timely renewal of distributor contracts and related compliance documents
- Monitor partner compliance with commercial terms and identify risks or misalignment
- Deliver data-backed recommendations for program rollouts, channel activation, and distributor account reviews
- Act as the go-to liaison with Sales Ops, Legal, Business Development and Master Data teams to ensure system accuracy and distributor governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree of any major
- 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, sales operations, or channel performance roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables), and familiar with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Understanding of sell-in/sell-out dynamics, distributor business models, and channel marketing principles
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data reporting platforms
- Good communication skills - able to translate data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized and reliable in managing documents, policies, and multi-stakeholder coordination
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across functions (Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing)
