The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible of :
Recruiting & managing volume and value Partners :
- Align the Cluster Strategy and decline it on the field
- Accountable for partner achivements :
- Quantitative - > Quota Achievement
- Qualitative -> Partner status with SE , Trainings , Marketing activities
Work Closely with Sales team to provide with the best in class Integrators to fullfill Projects .
Annual , Quarterly and monthly Marketing & Sales plan meeting the Cluster needs and guidelines .
Be able to collect qualitative feedbacks on the ground ; Competition, trends , and so on .
Qualifications
- Sales background
- Channel Management experience
- Sales and negociation Skills
