The Role: Business Finance Junior Analyst (ETO)

The Business Finance Junior Analyst reports to the Business Finance Manager and is part of the Business Finance Competency Center. The role will support the Transformers Business India (TBI) ETO plant and participate to the transformation program.

What will you do?

• Pre-closing analysis
• Reporting and analysis
• Support the understanding of financial KPIs (Profit & Loss, Residual, Cash and Analysis Of Change (AoC) productivity) and of the preparation of the monthly and quarterly performance financial review
• Partner with Finance Business Partner (FBPs) leadership team to influence the strategy to track and improve the profitability of our factories
• Actively support the transformation project from definition, standardization, lean actions in collaboration with the Global/Regional Business Finance Business Process Expert
• Forecasting
• Costing and transfer pricing campaigns
• Ad hoc analysis among others

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Management Accountung/Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 1-3 year(s) experience as Financial Analyst.
• Detail-oriented, transformational mindset, and with high level of integrity and work values
• Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and classified information
• IFRS/SOX Compliance Standard strong knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Digital citizen
• MS Office Package strong knowledge, Essbase, HFM, Tableau BI
