For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $112,240-$168,360 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales growth in the Northeast territories. If you have a passion for industrial automation and a proven track record in sales, this is an exciting opportunity for you to make a significant impact!
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Drive the growth of the Pro-Face brand business at a double-digit pace to meet and exceed sales quotas in the assigned territory.
- Account Management: Maintain and expand relationships with End Users, OEMs, and System Integrators through both virtual and in-person sales calls. Travel is required.
- Channel Development: Build and nurture a network of invested channel partners to create demand for Pro-Face products. Provide direct support in design, communication, and execution of channel support systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Care and Technical Support Teams for order processing, pre-sale and post-sale technical support, and effective customer database management through Salesforce for existing customers and new target accounts.
- Training Development: Lead the planning and execution of product training for customers and distributors, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge to succeed.
- Pricing Strategy: Take first-level responsibility for maximizing price attainment for each customer account.
- Experience: Previous experience in IPC/HMI or automation is highly preferred.
- Sales Skills: Demonstrated sales experience with a strong focus on channel partner management.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of industrial computers and automation software.
- Salesforce Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce for customer management and sales tracking.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft applications and comfortable delivering presentations.
- Adaptability: Quick learner who can adapt to new challenges and technologies.
