O que você fará?
- Redigir, revisar e negociar uma ampla gama de contratos, incluindo, mas não se limitando a contratos de fornecimento de equipamentos e serviços, memorandos de entendimentos, acordos comerciais com distribuidores, acordos de confidencialidade, etc (vendas), assim como todo e qualquer tipo de acordos com fornecedores (compras);
- Revisar e simplificar minutas ou termos gerais padrão de compra ou venda, de forma a garantir agilidade para o negócio;
- Prestar suporte jurídico ao negócio no gerenciamento de riscos relacionados às oportunidades comerciais, participando ativamente de reuniões e etapas de aprovação interna;
- Garantir a conformidade com todas as leis e políticas intenas aplicáveis na execução e gestão dos contratos com clientes, distribuidores e fornecedores.
- Assessorar os clientes internos com temas relacionados a discussões e/ou reclamações contratuais, apoiando no envio ou resposta de cartas, notificações, etc, de forma a buscar a melhor resolução para a empresa.
- Trabalhar de forma conjunta com os demais colegas do Jurídico nas mais variadas demandas do dia a dia.

- Experiência na área de contratos, em especial no fornecimento de equipamentos e serviços (vendas);
- Conhecimento generalista nas demais áreas, de forma a propiciar uma análise de risco mais abrangente;

- Boa comunicação e vontade de aprender sobre o business.
